So, it's 2009, and yet again my New Years resolution is to be at my goal weight, or at least somewhat close to it, this time next year. What's different this year than last year? I'm not sure...all I know is that I am going to stick with this diet. After inquiring about it, and talking to people who have been on it, I have been motivated to spend the money and go on this diet. People have told me they have felt the best they ever have on this diet. I also heard it really works and the weight really comes off! I'm just absolutely sick of having a beautiful face with a fat body. I want to be the girl with the beautiful face and a beautiful body. Even my boyfriend is starting to notice my weight gains, and notices the things I eat, asking if I should really be eating that. It annoys me to no end, and I am sick of it! This is it guys, by this time next year I will (not hopefully) be a new me. :-)

*sigh* So, I still haven't started my diet yet. I really want to, but I just don't know how to start. It really has started to depress me, because people are now starting to tell me I'm fat in secret, subtle ways. For instance, this girl at work told me i'm a girl who "eats well." Thanks. I just don't have the motivation anymore to lose weight. I'm so busy with school and work (I don't really get breaks at work and they don't let me eat at the hostess stand) so when I get off instead of coming home to a nice salad I go to Wendy's or Taco Bell, or even get to-go from work!! ( I work at a Cracker Barrel---enough said.) I just don't know what to do anymore :-(. Any suggestions on how to fit eating healthy into my busy schedule??
