Ok so i weigh-in a little more than normal. I feel that seeing the constant changes in my weight helps me out by letting me know that I'm doing good or bad. I fully understand that weight fluctuates by around 5lbs every so often - I've noticed this and has been confirmed by a trainer I had.
Regardless of the fact, I like knowing where I'm at and how I'm doing. I think of it as running for my PT test. People like to run and not worry about the time per lap or landmark, but I need to know where I stand at what place at what time to know where I'm at and how much to push, etc.

Ok so, I was down to 155 like almost 6 months ago. Gained probably about 20 pounds, lost a few more so now I'm at 160 trying to go back down to 155 and then down to my goal of 150 for now. I was 135 before and I looked sick, with a weight of 140-150 I should have some muscle added in to where I wont look as bad as I felt I did back in bootcamp lol.
I guess we'll see once I get around that weight. Right now I'm shooting for a realistic 150 for now.
