I've started the "It's not worth it diet." I am a single Mom of two beautiful kids. Husband passed away 5 years ago. I've gained a tremendous amount of weight since then (70 lbs). It's time to get rid of it and get healthy. Now I'm ready to heal myself and be the Mom I know I can be for my kids. I don't want anyone else raising my kids and no sweets or junk food is "worth it." Hence the "It's not worth it diet."

Went waaaayyyy off the diet today. Just got frustrated with having lost no weight in over a week. Had lunch with a girlfriend at a Mexican restaurant and had ice cream with the kids tonight.

Not going to even try to record any food...had the buffet and kind slopped a bunch together.

Feel incredibly bloated tonight and am determined to begin Induction again tomorrow.
