been working really hard on my exam revision and the day has flown by!
Gradually felt my ab muscles feeling sore as the day wore on so i guess i had targeted the right zone :)
Weigh-in:
145.5 lb
lost so far:
8.8 lb
still to go:
13.2 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Feel grumpy PMT has arrived :( :( Every shane and phoebe said iritated me and even as I am speaking I am thinking just let flow over me but then i open my mouth and say something grumpy.......Early night is needed i think!
