What happens when a offensive lineman stops working out, gets married, and gets lazy? He gets the pleasure of tipping the scales at 423lbs! I have a history as a great one week dieter. Drop 10 lbs like that! But... no staying power. So I got myself a lap-band to cure all my problems. Oh what's that, I still have to diet and exercise? OH CRAP!! The band has helped keep the weight off but every pound I've lost to date has come from the old fashioned "Eat less crap...dummy" diet. So here's to sticking with it one more time.

Congrats to me on the two sizes drop in pants. It sure is nice wearing those clothes in the back of the closet. Right now averaging 4.72lb loss over last 5 weeks. Attempt to increase daily activity. When you can't walk, take the stairs. Sneak in a couple minutes of elevated heart rate everyday. Expect a rate of loss reduction settling to about 3lbs/wk. Continue finding high protein, low fat foods. Remember, you are a long way away from your original 423lbs and no one can slow you down.
