Still loosing, really havent been eating a whole lot, Im so busy trying to pack for my big move next week to ATL. Havent been able to get to the gym 5 times a week. First thing Im gonna do is find a gym when I get moved, and Im really thinking about getting a trainer again to help me with this stomach fat I cant seem to get rid of. Any body have suggestions on what exercises are good to help get rid of the flabby tummy. Please help. Thanks

Well Im getting there. Didnt make it to 200 yeaht but Im on my way and really happy. I have seen my cofidence level shoot thru the roof. Im a little afraid of myself lol. I havent exercised in almost 2wks(vacation) Went to New Orleans for a week and I ate fried catfish everyday, but had no guilt, we walked every where we went did alot of dancing and drinking and came back a few pounds lighter. Yeah thats the kinda vactaion I like. Oh and I have to say this..... I have lost 61 pounds to date!!!

Well I did it. The race was great my first 5k took me 43 mins, lots of hills and a bit of a challenge but I felt great after, and since I have done a lot of jogging. I turned 30 on fathers day and I feel great. Its true what they say 30 is the new 20! weight is still the same, hey I had to have cake for my bday. Didnt hit that 200 mark by 30, but hey still a long way from the 268 I weighed in Sept.

Still feeling good. Iam excited I will be doing the 5k Race for the Cure on Sat. I havent worked out in 2days so im not sure if that is good or bad. Kinda felt like my body needed to rest. I still be eating well, I will carb up tonight to get ready for my challenge.

I feel really good today! I feel like I have been eating alot more than usual, but of course healthy. Looks like eating every few hours is working out for me. Im really feeling like I can come close to my goal by my bday. YEAH!!!
