I'm so frustrated!!!! I can't seem to keep myself consistently motivated! I'll have a great first 2 weeks where I work out diligently about 4x's a week and eat well at work and home followed by 2 weeks of excessive eating (to the point where my food is coming back up) and maybe working out 1 - 2 times a week. I just can't stay focused and motivated. Any tips for staying on the wagon????

I didn't do as well as I'd hoped the first two weeks as far as working out goes. But I did do better about not eating out as often. Goals for next week are:
Drink 8 8oz glasses of water daily
Work out at least 4 times
Write down everything I eat during the week
Get better about taking my vitamins
Tomorrow is a brand new day!!

Had our building office party today and had some chocolate :x I didn't completely indulge but I did go over my calories for the day. Won't beat myself up over it though.. it's the holidays! Will do better tomorrow!

12-1600 calories a day or 22 points a day / 35 a week
working out at least 4 times a week
weigh in on mondays
avoid fast foods
only 1 soda per day
