hello all!! :)
so yesterday i tried my fit foods for the first time and i have to say - pretty awesome! yummy and natural AND healthy? i'll take it!
I want to learn what their "diet" or 21 day challenge is about, has anyone tried his? or tried to make any of their food? please let me know! i will definitely pass by their store once in a while but can't have all my meals there everyday!
any ideas? help? Please!

Has anyone try the juice fasting/diet from the movie "fat, sick and nearly dead"? i havent watched the movie but the website is awesome. I am really interested in giving this a try, more for detox purposes than to lose weight. Has anyone done it? how does it work with exercise?

Happy Friday!
I signed up for this site a long time ago, and visit and record weight and track food once in a while.
I quit smoking 3 weeks ago and i (of course) started eating like a mad person! :( i was on the 'SEE FOOD' diet, but enough is enough. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and im scared! :-/
So today instead of eating all the candy in the bowl at work, i am drinking hot green tea with splenda. Does anyone have awesome tips?
I can't be eating like a mad woman anymore! Everytime in the past i quit smoking i started eating and that's why i went back to smoking... but not this time!!
So yeah... I am praying that i can stick with the plan this time. I havent been able to go to the gym as much i would like to lately but I am thinking about exercising at home, i have a Jillian Michaels dvd that should do in the mornings.. (ouch).
