I did really well today. I resisted the snickers bar temptation! And, I ate just one Jelly Belly jelly bean--just to see if I could stop at one. Finally, my whole family had ice cream and I resisted because I was full. I hope this resolve lasts more than a few weeks... I am starting to crave sugar again. Specifically, cookies and bananas!?!
