Only half a pound... it's going to be more next week. I'll be a bridesmaid in a wedding in 4 months and want to be 20 pounds lighter by then. (You know, outdoor wedding = spaghetti straps :-))

I'm happy with the week's results; I tried extra hard so I'd have extra points for Thanksgiving. :-) Now let's see if I can keep from losing this ground tomorrow!
Happy Thanksgiving!

I think I'm going to switch back to recording my at-home morning weigh-ins instead of my evening meeting weigh-ins. The evening weigh-ins just don't track week to week since there are so many variables any given day to throw it off.
I had a good week last week. I'm happy to at least be moving in the right direction since my gain a few weeks ago, and since it's a struggle anyway during the holidays. I find myself regularly using all 35 of my weekly flex points and would like to get away from that. Sure, a holiday week calls for using all the extra points I can get, but on a regular week, I want to cut back a bit more to lose a bit faster.
