One meal a day.
Friday Carbs day! I went to one of favorite bakery to buy bread for my toddler. I couldn’t resist a slice of milk bread and egg tart. Well, I did workout today so, why not?

I’m so getting used to this OMAD life. But I always wanna eat more. And I eat more than my photos sometimes. I have to used to smaller portions. Weight loss journey is always tough🙄
