Gaining and confused?
I do kinda eyeball the portions and I try to pay attention when I feel full even if there is two bites left. I think to myself everybite counts, so put it down. I love chocolate really bad and don't know a good way to control that.

Gaining and confused?
True, I appreciatte all advice, I did weight watchers points years ago and lost weight while eating not so great food. I really like this site it is great to have people that want to help. Thanks

Thank you , that does help to hear. Thats what I was hoping it was, what is anyones take on the crystal light packets? I do drink like 3 a day?
