So disappointed in this complete nutrition stuff I got. Still nothing more than my own hard work budging my numbers at all. 211 is my weight this morning. They claimed 2-5 pounds a week, I have been busy I hiked 4 miles yesterday, in the mountains. With 4th graders. They are fast, no rest for the large old people! My body is sore and overly tired from the last two days. Trying to up my protein to keep whatever muscle I have made the last few days. I hope that's the right thing to do

I ate double the calories I usually do and 400 of them came from one candy bag! But on the flip side I did 4 hours maybe more of yard work holding a weedeater my arms are still shaky I'm so not use to that much work. And tomorrow I will be hiking through the mountains with 4th graders!

So these new pills I have been taking seemed to do great things in the beginning but... not sure about the digestion issues I have been having. Gonna try again this week with more fruit, fiber and fatty protein

Stuck at 211.2 still this morning. I did eat more yesterday, but still less than my rdi. Still drinking water like crazy, I just don't understand, I guess I'm gonna have to start walking by myself 😞 I just hate doing it in bad weather. I can't wait for warmer weather. Hope all my friends are having great monings
