Stuck on 83. My weight loss journey has been up and down. High school weighing between a low 60 and a high 70! Adulthood struggling between 75 and 80. In 2020 I was my highest weight being 88kgs. I got really depressed and shot down to 66kgs. Then I started gym. By 2023 I was a STRONG 61kgs. So happy!!! This year. I have gained fat. A lot. Of. Fat. It is so hard to get back on track and I know how! It is just so difficult.
