Back from vacation. I did step on the scale, but opting not to record it because I think a chunk of it is water weight from traveling and consuming more sodium than usual. Giving myself another day to flush that out for a more accurate number. That was the last vacation of the summer. My girls will be starting school soon, and I'll be starting a new job teaching. Hoping being more busy will keep me from eating out of boredom (or grabbing fast food because I won't be out and about as much). Hope everyone has a great day!

I've had a bad cold, so my appetite hasn't been there at all. The weight loss is nice to see though, especially since we leave for vacation with my family this evening (and will be eating out for most meals 🙃)
