I am going to make sure to get 5-6 meals, a day. I am going to keep my carbs, and fats low. I will keep veggies and protein high. I will make sure to log in daily, because I love doing this, and it is exciting.:)

Stepped on the Scale at the Gym this morning pretty tentatively. As I think I'm stuck on a plateau, need to do more cardio and such to get the calories burned off and not just passed through.
