I am in the middle of moving so have not followed as strict as I ought to. But happy with the weight loss - I was on vacation for a week and I didn't follow ANY diet - but the weight quickly came off once I returned to loosely following the diet. Woohoo

The first week was easier, I am cheating here and there lately - mostly about salt & social eating. But it's a great diet - still loosing!
