After gaining 30# back after reaching my goal on Ideal Protein, I believe WW is the way to go. I'll be eating real food, not packaged food, and this is a more realistic long-term solution to my lifelong problem.

I'm reading posts and finding out there are so many out there who are struggling--totally out of control, binge eating, struggling with depression and self-esteem issues; wanting to exercise but unable to motivate themselves to get out; people who know they need to divert themselves, but don't. Look at how bad I've been....and I hate myself for it--feel ashamed that I can't manage my weight.
I joined WW, but have yet to start the plan. I will look at the book today and start to plan.
