It's so easy to get down on yourself when you see the scale numbers going in the wrong direction. However, you have to stop and think about the life choices that got you where you are today (whether they be good or not so good). Knowing what got me here is part of motivating me to keep moving forward. We all have struggles in life. Knowing who, what, when, where, why, and how to muddle through them makes all the difference. We got this!!
