Today was a good day, I ate well below my recommended calorie intake and didn't feel very hungry. Although I wanted to stick to under 20 grams of carbs, it is very hard doing so. Cardio session was very intense and one of the best work out sessions I have had in a long time. Did 15 minutes of HIIT, followed by 10 minutes moderate intensity cross trainer and then again followed by another 20 minutes of HIIT. If my weight has not dropped tomorrow I will be shocked. And have to increase water intake, I hardly drink any water!! But all up had a good day.
