So since my first entree on the ninth I've made other commitments for my health. I've given up soda for one, and I've decided to have minimal sweets. So since the ninth I haven't had a soda and I've taken up drinking more water. I've also given up my night vanilla chai lattes. That was a hard one but its okay. Although not much difference in my waist I have noticed I've saved up some cash through out the week. Yay Me! I'm sure it'll start showing soon. I've also started eating more fruit instead of just chips and junk food and so far I'm feeling great. Oh and my boyfriend has joined my support system...hes now joining me for walks and he has committed himself to not eating junk food at least not in front of so I don't get the same cravings. I'm so excited that it's going so smooth so far. Hopefully by the end of next month I'll reach my goal!
