planning Ahead
Planning ahead is the key to success! I plan my meals for an entire week. I also cook and freeze some convenient meals so on a night I cannot cook I am not tempted to pick something up.

Example of What You Eat in a Day
I try to eat mainly whole foods for breakfast lunch and snacks. Fruit & veggies mainly. Then for dinner I can have a big meal. This works for me since I seem to get hungry at night if I don't eat a big dinner. If you are having trouble getting hungry try adding a fat when you have fruit. Like eat an apple with some peanut butter or an orange with a cheese stick. It really helps prolong the digestion and therefore you stay fuller longer. Good luck on your journey!

getting disocouraged
Make sure you keep a food journal and track everything that you eat and drink. Even if it just a bite when you are cooking. Eventually your body will give in and start loosing weight.
