Still eating, ready to give up this unhealthy lifestyle I've been living most of my life. The changes won't be easy, but definitely attainable. I'm ready! One day at a time, with the support of you all here, and with the help of my higher power, Jesus with you I know ALL things are possible!

Doing better at recording what I'm eating......to my horror! Yikes, amazing just how many calories are going in my mouth... It's good to write before you bite!
Today, so far not so good. Woke up with killer headache, didn't eat all day, until 4:00 pm and had cookies and soy milk. That should help, NOT!

Today I will work on starting my exercise journal and creating my workout calendar. I am also starting to record the foods I am eating, as I eat them using this site to do so. Here's to a healthier, happier New Year!
