It is really great when you have control of health, weight and happiness. the only reason I am down from 120 is because of beaning sick, just hope to get better. Good Luck everyone and always keep your goal in, you can do this

I am so proud of myself for Xmas holidays this year. I only gain 1 pound doing this very 2018 holiday. Proud going into 2019 with control!!!!! I am so very happy' Thank you all.
