thank you all for your answers. Im a girl by the way.. I think Ill just watch out portions and exercise because when I keep my mind on calories it stresses me (idk if I spelled that right) but thank you anyways. all of you really helped. god bless!!

HOW MANNY CALORIES!!?? AAAAAAH!!!!
hello I'm new here. and my RDI calculate that my calorie amount should be 2,300.. I think that's way too much for a not so active person 5'6 tall and 15 old.. so what do you think guys? I'm here because I've had soooooo many different answers about how many calories a should eat daily that I don't even know how many calories to eat... I've been told by other pages that I should eat 1,800, 1,200, 1,350, 1,400, and now 2,300!!??. what do I do? HELP!!!
