Feeling confident and strong today. I’m loving my progress - even if my weight doesn’t go down, I can see my body composition changing as I make good eating and exercise choices.

Yogurt parfait with Two Good vanilla yogurt, Special K Protein cereal, blueberries, and chia seeds. ORANGE CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE made with almond milk, Slim Fast “Advanced Nutrition” vanilla smoothie mix, and Mio brand orange tangerine flavor.

Lavash wrap with bacon, deli chicken, and shredded cheese. 0.5oz white cheddar popcorn. Two deviled eggs. 9oz honeydew. A decent amount of food for about 500 calories.

I’m going to start looking at my whole week instead of just the day. This is last week, Monday through Sunday: calories burned according to Fitbit, and calories consumed according to Fatsecret.

My husband and I went to two museums in Raleigh today. We walked about 2.5 miles but I’ll keep walking at home. It’s been a nice day. I ate right at maintenance which is fine.
