Huge lunch to break my fast at 22hr. The chicken is breaded with almond flour, nutritional yeast, and a little seasoning, and air fried. The chips are pieces of a lavash bread I baked for 2min.

My weight was actually up to 125 for the past week, but I didn’t record it since it was my TOTM and I assumed it was mostly bloating.
