Any Vegetarians
I do eat some meat on occasion but I am slowly returning to vegetarianism. I cut out all refined flours, sugars, white potatoes and a lot of fat. I'm trying to stick to a mostly plant based diet with some low fat dairy and egg whites. It's really the pasta and white rice that can lead to weight gain if you are vegetarian. Forks over Knives and the movie featuring Dr. Campbell (China study) really motivated me to cut down on animal products. I've already cut out beef and I really don't feel the need for chicken anymore either. I have high cholesterol from the years of meat eating so that's a real wake up call. There's no way you can keep your cholesterol levels in check on a high fat low carb diet. 80% plant foods in their natural state are the way to go.

How to curb late night eating?
I keep sugar free hard candy around for night time. Just one or two though. Don't eat and entire bag.
In the end it really is just plain willpower. You have to decide that your long term health is more important than momentary pleasure.
