Went to the doctor and got my weight checked. I need to fast and get a blood test soon to check my cholestoral.

I skipped a few days of watching my calorie intake because I have been feeling great. I seriously eat the same things over and over: soy products, broccoli, rice (usually white), Dr Pepper (moderately), steak (moderately because its pricey), chicken, etc.
In other words, just check my food diary and see what I eat in general and you know what I eat on a daily/weekly basis.
What will probably benefit you most from my fatsecret diary is my workout schedule. It requires a lot of cardio and moderate weight exercise, but really... If you don't have time for that, you don't have time for you health, and in other words you don't deserve to feel good because you won't set time for yourself or your well-being. What kind of person is that? You have to be selfish once in a while. :)
