I have been exercising at a gym for 30 minutes 4 to 5 days a week for the past month. I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and I ride a stationery bike for 10 minutes. I feel so much better now that I have lost nearly 25 pounds and I'm exercising. I actually miss it on the 2 days a week that I don't go.

Went to Appleby's today for lunch with my sister. We both had the 550 cal steak lunch. It was very good. It is a small steak but it had a lot of taste and the vegetable were fresh and good. Really enjoyed it.

Had a grilled chicken sandwich today at a lecture telling people about signs to watch look for in strokes. It was very interesting.
