I started the 30 day shred on Sunday, took Monday for resting, and today was my fifth day shredding. It is not easy. But Ive told myself to rest because my calves feel too tight, but always end up doing the workout. I would feel like an utter failure if I skip one day. I've heard many success stories with this workout and I want to do it too. I need to eat better, since I get up really late and only manage to eat twice a day which is not good. I really hope I can make it and lose from 8-10 pounds on the first time I complete the 30 day shred.
