So this week I kind of fell off the plan a little bit. Everything was fine until Thursday when I went out to the bars to watch the hockey game. Ate nachos, drank several beers.. all in all, a bad calorie day. Friday I was so hung over I didn't want to exercise, and ended up going to the bar again that night.
Saturday night I ate a shawarma, and Sunday night was the superbowl, so it was pizza night.
I hope I can follow 100% this week. I know that Fridays I like to have a few beers with friends, so I need to save some points up, and limit myself to 2 of them.
I'm taking part in the "60 miles in 12 weeks" challenge, so I'm hoping to get 2 miles in today to help me get back in the exercising groove.

So happy with my results this week!! Usually I hit a bit of a stop at week 2 because I lose more in the first week. I was so happy when I stepped on the scale today.
So now my weight is 155, and my bust measures 39'', my waist measures 29'', and my hips measure 42''. I'm happy with that, I just wish I would have lost some weight from my chest, still sitting at 39'' though. Really happy about the half inch loss from the waist and hips.
In two weeks I have lost a total of 9 lbs, and 2'' off my waist, as well as 1.5'' off my hips.
I hope everyone is achieving the goals they hope to achieve!
Good luck for February!

My legs and butt are killing me this week!! I guess 11 days of straight exercising can do that to you :P.
I hope tomorrow the tenderness has worn down. Haven't slipped off the wagon yet!
I am very proud of myself. What I need to remember is that losing weight and keeping it off will be a lifelong journey. Even if I indulge a little every once and a while, that doesn't mean all my hard work is gone. I just need to stay focused and get back at it the next day.
Hope everyone is enjoying the success they deserve. Remember that slow and steady wins the race.
Not everyone can look like a supermodel, including me. Strive to be the best you can be, and be happy with the results you achieve.
Good day!
