Ok. i technically started my weight loss plan on 9/7. My goal is to lose 15 lbs by 10/20. my starting weight is 230. wish me tons of luck!!!! BTW, im still a little confused with the calorie thing. i'm trying to figure out the calorie thing. from how its explained, it tells me that i'm alloted 2600 a day. In order to lose 2 pounds a week, how many calories should i decrease my diet by per day?
