been gaining eating too much after I work out....

ok well I did take my pills today but I didn't exercise. I will make up for today tomorrow.. and i will work out on saturday again. I will take off today and friday. I will also try to up my protein intake and lower my carbohydrates. I went from 118 to 121 but i think some of that is muscle gain!!! ?? yeah right. Anyways, I will start doing good tomorrow again...

Well I weighed 119.8 today. I ate good I guess I should have taken it easy on the tostadas but I just had to finish them. I feel stuffed!!!
I did run 3 miles today!!! yeah baby.. am back at it again!! will be running my 3 miles on my non weight training days which will be tuesday thursday and friday saturday and sunday !!!
I want to get to 117 by the end of this month and I will start taking those pills again the total control and cell u loss from Herbalife and I will take my measurements again this friday in the morning for sure!!!
Okay well that's all I have to say for myself. Other than that my Rex is doing really good in school. My Ryan is really doing good at home well destroying everything good and making a mess good. haha.. what he knows best and bugging the heck out of me but I guess that's what babies do.
And James well he's been okay i guess there's always that little something. I guess we are not perfect right.

Today is Friday: I weighed 121.6 I gained 1 pound from yesterdays eating binge.. but I needed it!!!
OMG I went crazy on them enchiladas and that ice cream and sneakers.. but that's it.. no more.. from now on am eating only good stuff..and am going to start taking those pills again...on monday.. not today or this weekend. I will weigh 117 by the end of the month!!!!
I must i must i must... I am down to 119.6 and stuck there but I will have to get down some more.. you know when I met James I was weighing 117 and I was stuck there for a while.. well that's always been my lowest lowest weight but that's the weight I need to be at...so I can go up and down to 119.... I don't ever want to go back to 125 that's too much weight for me..Okay so now that's my goal from now on...
