Ive been between 181 and 189 consistently since January, its been a few weeks since I have been under 185 every time so I will finally log a loss. Not eating too much has been easy this past mont and a half, eating too much makes me feel too sick, because Im pregnant again! Our 6th baby is on the way! Im exhausted, and struggling to just do what I need to do daily so excercise has not happened, and way less movemnt rhen usuall in general. The first trimester will be over soon, so I hope to begin to feel human again before long. Tgis is the most Ive ever weighed when getting pregnant, so I am a bit worried about weight gain, my goal is to keep my weight gain no morre then 25 lbs. I know I need to keep my mind set from going to the standard, wel I am pregnant I can eat more, and instead continuing to eat only what my body needs.

I love seeing the scale go down. I feel amazed to be losing weight well with no diet, it feels great. It is a change that God has been working in me for the past few years now, I am becoming more disciplined, not just with food but on many fronts of my life and I feel stronger and closer to Him then ever.

I still struggle occasionally, I want to lose faster, I want to jump quickly on a fad that will help me lose. But I know I can't go back there. Low carb worked for me, I lost a lot of weight, 70 lbs, and would have sworn by it at one point. But it wasn't sustainable for me. As soon as I started to allow some carbs back in, I lost control in a scary way. I have always struggled with binge eating, but it was nothing like that. This is what I remember everytime I want to jump ship and go back to that.

I am free in Christ, and that's what I have been enjoying. I havent done perfectly. yesterday I pretty much slipped right back into my old ways. What I realize though, is I hate the way I feel those days, I am more irritable, uncomfortable, etc. But most days I can eat in moderation without it even phasing me anymore. I love the freedom.

well it's been a very busy time. We have moved back to our house, we had been living with my parents in another state for the past 6 months for my husband to work. It feels good to be in my own home again. My husband got a new job, seems like it could be good, but it's been a rough start. They haven't been able to work much these past 2 weeks due to weather, so he's just not getting enough hours. The last year and a half have been rough! Everytime we think it's going to start looking up something else comes up. To add to it my father in law is now basically living with us, and my husband is feeling the need to support him as well, so with 5 kids, a wife, and a father who needs help, and job troubles my husband is under so much stress. He has managed to stay in good spirits about it, and have faith that we will make it through, but I can tell he is begining to feel really worn down. I know that this too is for our good, and we will come through it better then we were before.

With all the things going on I really expected to weigh in and be up to 200 again. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that that was not the case. May not be a loss, but no gain is a win for me today! I have decided to start weight training again, I have found it to be the most effective exercise that I can get done in a short amount of time, and I love getting stronger. Tommorow I will finish up week one. I've been sore, but loving it! Hope you are all well!
