Lost 5 pounds in a 4 days after not losing anything for two weeks during my move. I decided to add a ton of fat for two days and that did the trick. Choco coco mug cake and lots of heavy cream and a big ole milkshake the next night. All lo-carb, hi-fat. I finally passed the one quarter mark. Feelin' good!

Well today i ate about 3 times my calorie count for the day. I have never counted calories before so this is quite enlightening - to say the least. At least i didn't throw myself out of keto!!
Had to basically stay off my feet all day because of right knee pain and the only thing that heals it is rest. So, i think I just kind of ate and ate. Gets a little depressing at night after not accomplishing anything for the day. I'll be more careful tomorrow for sure, although it is still a learning curve for me. And hopefully my knee will decide to stop hurting! Been on too many pain pills for it.

Wow! Once again I gained 4# while doing keto. I must have come out of it, then ate a bunch of fat and calories yesterday and had to stay off my feet because of knee pain. Gotta fix this now!
Also, realized the value of watching my calorie intake.

On my legs all day long. Knees are putting up a fuss. BUT, made several Keto meals to freeze - about 12. Awesome!! Couldn't find spinach to make my keto smoothie - - bummer - - finding the food I want is not always easy while in Panama.
Been on keto (without counting calories, just carbs) and have lost 16# in about 2 months.
Finally got my chart set up, joined fat secret and did more keto research, so will be counting calories, fat and protein daily. This should get the fat burning faster.
