Actually started this on the 23rd at 209 lbs. I have already lost 5 lbs and am happy. My calorie amount increase each day that I loose weight and it is a good incentive to do the right thing and eat right.
I have already learned that as long as I plan what I am going to have for dinner then I can plan the rest of my calories for lunch and maybe even a treat and it means that I can eat whatever I want.
I have not included drinks in my calories though and am allowing myself 2 days a week where I can do what I want without worrying.

Ok so had some ups and downs and some complete derailings but i joined a gym yesterday. The last time i tried the treadmill i could barely last 3 minutes.
I did antrial at this gym on Thursday and lasted 10 minute constant jogging on the treadmill today i did 15. I heard that the best way tk loose weight was to run so i am really hoping that if i do this each day and build it up it would be a good place to start.... again....

So I have tried to be good today as I do not appear to be loosing any weight... I really should weigh myself everyday. It is becoming an obsession and thats not good. I just need to have faith in myself that if I stick to the calories and dont stray then I will be able to lose weight and that it will be more rewarding to see once a week on a Sunday.
I wonder is this week is going to be really hard to lose weight anyway because of being female...

So now what do i do? i have walked to and from work today bout 1.25 miles each way but now i am home and should go on the wii fit but dont feel like i can as my bf is home in the room below and i would make a load of noise. may just wait till he starts cooking dinner...
