So, today was not a great day. Well, I found out this morning that I've lost 3 pounds so that was good but now I'm about to go to bed my calories for today are the highest they've been basically since I've started my diet. I had 4 1/2 brownies which was like 500 calories. If it werent for those I would be fine. Its hard living with my parents right now, there are many temptations in the house and I cant control it 100%. In my own house my mom's homemade brownies wouldnt be sitting on the counter begging to be eaten! Well, in exactly one month I will have my own place again. I need to work harder on my self control. Damn, its hard sometimes but my loosing 3 pounds should be good motivation.

I just did my second weigh in. I have lost 3 pounds. Not a bad start. I have been going over my calorie goal by 200 to 400 calories per day and have not been exercising. If I can get a little closer to my calorie goal and start exercising I think I will do great. Overall I am happy, I have lost weight but in order to acheive my goal I need a little stricter regimine. I can do it!

I ate out yesterday and am really not sure how to record my dinner. I put what seems to be something similar but I don't know how accurate it is. A friend gave us some cookies to take home which is very nice of her but not so nice for my diet :/ I wasn't sure exactly how to record those either. This diet calender might not be as accurate as other days. I have stayed well under 2,000 calories but not at my goal of 1,250. Its progress though I suppose.
I just had cookies for breakfast. I recorded the cookies in my diet calender. Cookies are bad, so many calories. I should not eat cookies while on a diet.

To loose 26 pounds by the end of April I cant eat more than 1,250 calories a day. Counting my calories the past several days I was eating almost double that. Today I ate more that 1,250 but only by 250 calories or so. For being my first official day on a diet I dont think that is a bad start.
