So far today I've done good at some things, poorly at others.
Good:
Took multivitamin and my fiber cleanse pills.
Did some spontaneous exercise by walking to lunch (it was a block, but still).
No vending machine food.
Interspersed soda with tea and water.
Sat down to eat every time.
Recorded everything I ate immediately on fatsecret using my cell phone.
Will not have alcohol today (I think my nightly wine is adding up to extra poundage).
Bad:
Missed my planned exercise class this morning.
Was late taking my prescription medication.
Drank diet soda - 3 cans.
Ate coffee cake brought in by a coworker. Three pieces of it.
Ate out for lunch - patty melt and sweet potato fries, more diet soda.

Today I am trying the 365 (Whole Foods brand) cleanse and will be doing that for one week (splitting one box with the husband). This means nothing but healthy food, no alcohol, no soda, etc.
