changed up my workout on Tuesday. It feels so much better. I feeling it everyday. I have stuck to the gym workout for a total of 14 days. this is the longest I have ever done exercises. I enjoy the feeling afterwards and have a work out buddy which helps alot.

I'm at the end of my first week of exercise. I still need to work on foods. Love the feeling after I work out thou. I was asked if I lost weight today but that is not the soul reason I am doing this. As a diabetic I want to reduce my sugar and feel better, be able to move without huffing and puffing all the time. I don't feel I have lost pounds or inches right now I am only thinking of how I feel at night and the way I feel each morning. My sugar is going down slowly and I love that more. I am into the routine as well. I like having a place to be and the way I feel afterwards.

March 7th and I have joined the gym and worked out the four of the past five days opened, I really enjoy it. I have a nephew that has inspired me. less than two years ago he had a bad accident and wasn't expected to live. He bet all odds and was told he would never walk or drive his standard truck. That he is doing today. In Dec. his doctor put him on meds and said he was diabetic. He joined gym and has lost over 40 pounds to date. If he can do it I have no reason not to get up off my tush and get moving. I wasn't able to come to gym today and have really missed it. Tomorrow I will be here for sure. 3 months and I will see where I am. :)

This is hard. I don't record every meal and don't remember the amounts and all. I did however walk a mile on Sat. that's a start to exercising. I am going walking today and hoping for 2 miles. I over did my lunch so glad my supper is a salad. I can and will do this. My health is most important than a clean house. I am past the momma stage in my life. I am living for me.
