I had the best day today. I am moving out of my house, I have so much to do.
Today, dear friends, I had 2 maple dipped donuts and orange juice for breakfast. I have never had anything taste so good in my life. I smacked my lips and licked my fingers. God, it was good.
It's been months since I've had a donut. Donuts make me a happy camper.
Tomorrow, it's back to healthy food.

I also wanted to note on here that I am not currently weighing myself. I do not have a scale where i live. I am working more on living healthier, drinking more water, and eating healthier.

There is so much going on in my life right now. It's not bad stuff. I kinda feel like I am in a whirl wind. My life seems to be going in a positive path, for once. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but it's hard. If this works out, I will be so very very happy.
All this has not really effected my eating. I'm still keeping up on my food journal and just being a lot more aware of what i am eating. Sometimes I do really good, other times I don't but I am proud of myself for not giving up.
It really is becoming my lifestyle and for that I am so grateful.

I've decided to discontinue in the weight loss clinic. I have learned so much from them but I do not like being made to weigh myself every week. I don't like having someone looking over my shoulder during my weight loss journey. Today, when I was thinking about going on Wed, I started crying.
I have NOT given up on losing weight. I will not give up until I make it to my goal weight. I will continue to drink shakes for meals, keeping a food journal for every meal and eating healthy snacks.
I will never give up on getting healthier. Never.
