okay, so things have not been going so well as i would like them to be going for me. my diet has been up and down lately where one day i'm doing well with keeping my carbs within the right limits and other days, its well over. i'm struggling with not overeating, but the good thing is that i'm not snacking late at night like i had been in the past.
i'm not doing any challenges at the moment as i find that i don't do well with competition as i'm always competing with myself, if that makes any sense.
i'm not giving up by any means, but i think i need to come to realize that there are going to be good days and bad days, i just have to forgive myself and try again the next day.
