My tailbone really hurts :( Gotta get it checked out.....

Feeling so tired today but managed to get off my butt and on the bike. Gonna see if I can do my legs tomorrow. Big day. I need a lot of sleep tonight.

I decided to weigh myself at the gym yesterday and my weight is still the same but I have more muscle tone now than I did at my last weigh in. I guess I am losing fat, which is my goal.

One of my friends recommended green tea capsules to me today for my stomach. I was blessed with the apple shaped body so I have never had beautiful abs. But I will very soon and I'm gonna go pick some of these up tomorrow.

OH must be my cleanse that is making me feel tired. I called the dr. today and she said my thyroid looked normal. Thank goodness that is leveling out... it was at 2.4.... and I think normal is between .3 and 5? I still want to up my dose of synthroid just a little bit. I wanna ride on the high side.. to help with keeping my weight down. Also helps with my energy a little bit.

11:30am Jan 13, 2010

Went to bed last night around midnight.... but couldn't sleep for awhile. Maybe due to the coffee i had around 6pm. Also was pretty hungry and cold. Needed a bit of a kick start to get on the bike cuz of soreness.

Feeling tired today but ready for some cardio or circuit. Going to do some ice skating this afternoon! Need to pick up some sweet potatoes...

Need to drop off library books too...

Brown rice has a lot of calories... going to replace with more veg and sweet potato.

Day 2 of my cleanse. Diet I'm following is the
wild rose detox diet

No flour, wheat, sugar, alcohol, or yucky stuff. Day 2 is actually super easy. I don't feel wierd but then again, this cleanse is pretty mild. The reason it is hard is cuz you have to do it for 30 days!

I'm also drinking 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before each meal. Supposed to help with cleansing, sugar levels, and mobilizing fat. Who knows.

Worried about the kind of food that will be available once I start working up at whistler for the olympics. I'll be up there feb 5th onward so I will have about 6 days left in cleanse.

My actual weigh in was 131lbs at christmas time, and jan 6th was 130. This was after a week of snowboarding up at lake tahoe :)

Too bad I can't board right now cuz of the pineapple express. Best exercise ever!

I need to be skinny by St. Patrick's day... and even skinnier by my 31st bday...... hello Vegas!
