Its slowly coming off, but i have to tell you, i dont feel deprived at all. When i first lost weight ( 12 yrs ago) I lost 25 pounds on weight watchers and truthfully i have always kept most of it off, i was always up and down 10 pounds but i never went up to the highest i was. So i feel good that this is working.

Now I feel like Im getting somewhere. I had to switch diets, i was so bored with South Beach. I may lose slower on weight watchers but i feel like ill stick to it. Oh I also cut out alot of dairy and upped my fruit to 3 servings a day. I feel like i have more energy. Gotta run, time for work!

another pound down. I may start eating some fruit, bc i find myself totally exhausted at the gym. Or at least eat fruit the days Im doing spin class. I feel faint almost. Other than that Im being pretty good. Sunday I at within the diet but i just ate too much I think.
anyway, At least im moving in the right direction.
