period week. more water retention? idk my period kicked my butt this week so i didn’t workout. needed to take the time to rest and ate some cravings rather than sticking strictly to my meal prep. gotta take the time to treat yourself during that time of the month ❤️

Here’s my dinner! Beef and broccoli placed on top of veggie fried quinoa (instead of fried rice). On the side for freshness I have some cucumber drizzled with sesame oil and kimchi!
