I am trying the 5:2 intermittent fast diet. Today is my first day of fasting. The fast consists of a limit of 500 calories to be eaten all at once or in 1 meal. Giving the body and liver a break. I can drink all clear fluids such as water, coffee, tea...etc Lets see how it goes. I had dinner last night at about 7pm and I am still not actually hungery yet. I want to have my meal tonight about 7pm too.
Lets see how I do!
