Ok. I have Maintained. But. Confused.com. Can anyone advise or help. Been dieting forever but now stuck. 2 stone has gone over the years. I eat healthy. Plenty of veg protein porridge fruit and all. My BMR says I need 12-1300 calories. If this is correct to loss anything I have to minus 500! Really! I’m 52. Female. Weight is 160. 5’1 tall. Sedentary exercise. (Work at home too). Does the above seem right? Worried if I up to 1500 I will gain. But will starve on 800-900.
