Well today was the half way point of the Gold's 12 week challenge. Wish I could I did better than I thought but that's not the case. :( I've stuck to my diet values pretty well, done my cardio almost every day & trained my buns off. However, the scale only shows a 7 pound loss. I did manage to drop 5" in my waist, 4 1/2" in my hips, 1 1/2" in my right thigh (so I'm gonna assume the left did the same) & 2.3% body fat. Although my trainer wants to re-check the body fat before my workout. I AM happy about the 12.25" I've lost in 6 weeks but I just wish I'd seen more movement in my weight and body fat. Oh well, gotta keep my head up & keep pushing.

Trying to decided if should change my weigh in day from Monday to Friday. It's been Monday's since I started this, since I started on a Monday. Now that I am doing this challenge for the next 12 weeks though I wondered if I should switch to Friday's since that's when I weighed in for the challenge. Guess I could weigh in on both days but I've been warned not to check your weight but once a week. Oh well, guess we'll just see how I feel on Fri. Working on getting in all the protein I should have....struggle. Gonna try adding egg whites in morning & try making sure get in at least the 5 good meals, should be 6 but that's hard for me. Happy about the 2.5 pounds this week. Gotta get me daily cardio back on track. Doing well with strength training though....stronger than yesterday. :)

Excited to begin a new challenge. Started Gold's 12 week challenge this week. Doing this for my myself. Course it would be awesome to actually win something but this is a challenge for myself to see what I can do. So far I have able to lose 44.8# on my own....no special diet or program, just eating right & exercise. Can't wait to see what I can accomplish in the next few months.
