Beginning Ash Wednesday and for 40 days
No meat animal products fish etc.
No sodas (only water and iced tea.
No desserts suggary foods.
No alcohol
Moderate exercise: walk, swim, cycle, dance
Start morning with homemade cereal
1/3 cup dry quick oats (boiled)
3 tablespoons lasoy
1/3 cup granola
1/2 cup branstix
1/4 cup raisins
5 almonds
Lunch 2 fruit
Dinner 8oo cal vegetarian meal (various)
