I'm so excited. I lost another 5 ounces today. It is starting to come off quicker with the 16 hour fast. My work schedule is the only thing really causing me problems. I have many days I can't prepare food because I only have 7 hours between shifts and I need to sleep. I will figure this out though because this is working.

new vegan diet started at 298lbs and have lost 10 pounds so far. I know it was mostly water weight but I'm on my way.

New keto diet. first week down 12 lbs. Mostly water o.k. did really good today by the numbers. Keto strips needed to make sure.

I lost 3.5 lbs to start. I'm ready for the challenge to start so I am pushed to add exercise. I have a long way to go but hope I am able to finally change the way I eat.

I did well until after work at home. Then I ate crackers and cereal. I was still under my 15 hundred calories but it was way too many carbs. I want to stay at around 60 or below.
